I applied the cream at 9:15 am and didn't feel anything on my shin tattoo! I did not stat getting the feeling back in my leg until almost 12 hours later! For a large piece in a bad area this will definitely do the trick!

I NEVER write reviews. But this stuff, is worth sharing about. I have tried many creams, all of which do the job the some extent. But this stuff... 100% felt nothing. I mean nothing. I applied this 2 hours prior to my session. Deep absorption with a thick layer wrapped in plastic-wrap. I did a full ( back-side) of lower leg ( calf and hamstring ) and used 7 tubes. May seem to be overkill to some but it was the method that allowed me to sit 5 hours and not feel a thing. Even in the knee ditch/side knee.

If planning to pay hundreds of dollars for a large piece that you want to sit comfortably through and complete with zero pain... it's worth it to get this stuff.
